If you are planning to fly over to this event and are arriving at Manchester Airport, we recommend you take a train or taxi to Manchester Piccadilly Train Station in the City Centre, and then either take the Metrolink to Exchange Quay or a short taxi ride directly to the venue.

Manchester International Airport

It’s approximately 20mins in a taxi to Manchester Piccadilly train station, and roughly the same if you take the airport train. There are taxi ranks outside each terminal buildings, however pre-booking a taxi before you arrive should cost no more than £25 from the airport to Manchester City Centre.


Manchester Piccadilly Train Station

It’s approximately 20mins via Metrolink (Tram) to Exchange Quay, which is one of the closest stops to the venue (approximately 5min walk). There is a Metrolink station situated on the ground level at Piccadilly next to the taxi rank. The Metrolink runs every 21mins to Exchange Quay.


Metrolink: Exchange Quay (On Foot)

Exchange Quay is one of the closest Metrolink Stops to the Victoria Warehouse. Once you have arrived at Exchange Quay, its just a short 5min walk along Trafford Road to the venue. For more info about Manchester’s Metrolink service, you can download the App for iPhone below.

Yes. During the days leading up to the event, set times will be posted on this website, our social media channels, and through our email database. Set times will also be printed in the lanyards available at the venue. Note: The lineup and set times are subject to change.

Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass using our press submission form. Do not email your request. Photo passes are not required for standard cameras with lenses under 15 cm long or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.

Yes, There are cash machines available by the merchandise stand facing the girls toilets. Chip & Pin is also available at the bar.

Disabled customers are welcome at the Victoria Warehouse. There have been a number of improvements to the original warehouse building to ensure there is disabled access across the whole ground floor area and disabled facilities on site such as disabled toilets in the courtyard and internally near the entrance to the venue. The VIP mezzanine level is currently not accessible via a lift, but we will accommodate any disabled customers who may wish to purchase tickets & access this area. Please contact us in advance via our Facebook page to ensure we can accommodate your needs prior to purchasing tickets to access this area.

Yes, Victoria Warehouse does have a cloakroom on site with a charge of around £2 per item. This pricing is set by the venue and is subject to change.

Yes, There is a mobile phone charging facility available from the merchandise stall.

Yes, There is free drinking water from the two main bars and also free drinking water handed out in the courtyard should anyone feel dehydrated.

We advise all customers to ensure they keep their belongings such as phones, ID, wallets, purses etc on their person at all times. Victoria Warehouse has a lost property desk based at the cloakroom. If you lose something on the night please go to the desk and report it lost/stolen and if we find it we will do everything possible to get it back to you. If we don’t reunite you with your item on the night please click here to fill out a lost property form with a full description of the item(s) you have misplaced and we will let you know if your items have turned up once we have finished the clear up after the event.


All customers must be over the age of 18yrs old and will need to show ID upon entry and also at the bars. The Victoria Warehouse operates a Challenge 25 policy and refusal system. If you look under the age of 25 then the bar staff ask you to prove that you are over 18yrs old.

Doors generally open at 7:00pm local time 1st October and close 05:00am local time the following morning. These times are subject to change, please keep an eye on the Facebook event page for the show you are attending.

Last entry is strictly 10:30pm local time. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to travel. Entry to the event past 10:00pm is not guaranteed.

No, if you leave the venue at any point, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Everyone is searched on the way into the venue as a condition of entry. This is for your safety and to ensure that no one is carrying anything dangerous into the venue.

Illegal substances, alcohol, liquids of any sorts – including perfumes / liquid makeup products / aerosols / drinks, glass of any sorts, food, flares or fireworks, man bags, weapons of any descriptions or replicas, professional cameras ie: GoPros or similar (without a press pass), mono pods or selfie sticks.

The dress code is casual but not scruffy and we do not allow man bags. No sportswear or football tops. Trainers are fine.


There are two medical points at the Victoria Warehouse should you or your friends feel unwell with trained medics to help. One of the two medical points is just inside the main entrance by the search lanes with a sign outside stating Welfare Area.

We do not condone the use of drugs at any of our events or venues. As a condition of entry all customers must undertake a search to ensure that no drugs or any other dangerous items are taken within the venue.

PMA is a drug known to be sold as ecstasy and MDMA. PMA has been known to come in both powder & tablet form. We are extremely concerned about customers using such drugs.

The dangers of PMA are:
1. Overheating
2. It takes longer to take effect
